The journey through life can be tough on all of us; from the sadnesss of losing loved ones; the pain of destructive uprbringings; divorces and the general stresses and strains of getting through each working day without falling to pieces. But for many ladies out there the road is far rockier and steeper because although they have the same stresses as everyone else they are either suffering with bi-polar or depression. The light never seems to be on at the end of the tunnel and at times it feels like it never will come on for them. Lana has had bi-polar since birth and was diagnosed only in her late 20's. She has much experience in the different drugs used and the effects this has on the body and mind. She also knows that medicine can only go so far and that those people out there who are suffering with bi-polar need some guidance to find that tunnel that has the light at the end of it. If you suffer from bi-polar or know of anyone that does, don't miss out on this talk which I'm sure will only be of benefit in the education of bi-polar and depression as well as inspiration to help you get through the dark days.
